Having searched for an orange Focus ST I came upon one on bowers website, the car looked perfect to me but Bob pointed out a few minor faults and said that they would be corrected if I wanted the car. Over the next week or so Bob "and" Nick continued to keep me updated as to the progress in the body shop, MOT and Servicing. I was assured by them that the car would not leave the showroom if it was not "right". On the day of collection the car was waiting on the forecourt with a complimentary sign in the window saying sold to myself (nice touch), and a bottle of bubbly. the finish on the car was pristine and level of customer service through all aspects of the transaction exceptional. A week on and the car looks new, drives like new and I've even been asked if it "is" new. Anyone thinking of buying a car from Bowers shouldn't hesitate these blokes give a second to none service, well done guys!
