Bought a fab little mini from them last Sunday and collected the little gem today. Car is great as was the service received from all at the showroom second to none. No pressure to buy and we were not followed round the showroom or watched constantly. Full service, new MOT, car was valeted and extended 12 month RAC gold warranty along with 2 free MOTs, then, as if that wasn't enough I got champers and flowers when I went to collect! Cannot recommend buying a used car from this company highly enough, even let me use their PC to change my insurance over. Very satisfied customer indeed :)
Tony SmithHaving searched for an orange Focus ST I came upon one on bowers website, the car looked perfect to me but Bob pointed out a few minor faults and said that they would be corrected if I wanted the car. Over the next week or so Bob "and" Nick continued to keep me updated as to the progress in the body shop, MOT and Servicing. I was assured by them that the car would not leave the showroom if it was not "right". On the day of collection the car was waiting on the forecourt with a complimentary sign in the window saying sold to myself (nice touch), and a bottle of bubbly. the finish on the car was pristine and level of customer service through all aspects of the transaction exceptional. A week on and the car looks new, drives like new and I've even been asked if it "is" new. Anyone thinking of buying a car from Bowers shouldn't hesitate these blokes give a second to none service, well done guys!

Caroline SmithPete and Kate have been very accommodating whilst I was in the process of buying my new car. There was a delay regarding payment and they patiently waited for me to sort it out, then when I was due to collect the car, the engine light came on so they fixed it before allowing me to collect the vehicle. It had been cleaned inside and out and I had three months warranty together with a bunch of flowers and a bottle of bubbly. Thank you
